Leonardo Sierra was born in Cali, Colombia and has been living in the United States for more than 24 years. His harmonious voice and charming charisma have been the catalyst throughout his artistic career. Beginning as a backup singer, he shared the stage with world-renowned salsa artists, such as Tito Gómez, Eddie Santiago, Willie Gonzalez, David Pavon, Héctor Tricoche, Ismael Miranda, Cano Estremera, and many others. These humbling experiences helped Leonardo to realize his true passion and strive to position himself among those great talents of the Salsa genre. In 1994, this dream started to come to light when Leonardo Sierra joined the Son Del Trabol Military Orchestra of the Pichincha Battalion. This is where he began to embrace his joy for the stage. Leonardo went on to become part of the international orchestra, Sonora Carruseles, from 2011 to 2017, which opened doors to many opportunities in his musical career and allowed him to visit countries such as Mexico, Suriname, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Canada and others.


Leonardo Sierra's talent has expanded over the years to include other artistic facets such as metal art and painting. He has developed these additional artistic facets thanks to other artists with whom he works. He has traveled to and been introduced to the world of art in cities such as Berlin, Tokyo, Abu Dhabi, New York City, Miami, Toronto, Valle de Bravo, etc. Having this exposure has inspired Leonardo to use recycled materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, iron and wood to create meaningful pieces that express his thoughts and feelings in a new visual way.

Ha tenido la oportunidad de compartir en escenarios como corista de grandes artistas del genero salseros tales como Tito Gómez, Eddie Santiago, Willie Gonzalez, David Pavon, Héctor Tricoche, Ismael Miranda, Cano Estremera entre otros, Los cuáles le han permitido madurar sus sueños y así llegar a posicionarse como uno de los grandes promesas y talentos deI Genero salsa, con más proyección internacional.

Leonardo Sierra fue parte de la Orquesta del Son Del Trabol de el Batallón Pichincha de la ciudad de Cali en 1994 donde empezó a dar de qué hablar por su voz y su alegría en la tarima. Fue parte de la orquesta internacional Sonora Carruseles el cual ingresó a principios del año 2011 y finalizó en el 2017 la cual le ha abierto las puertas para muchas oportunidades en su carrera musical, visitando países tales como México, Surinam, Canadá, Chile, Ecuador, Perú, entre otros.
